Single-head stethoscopes feature a chrome-plated brass binaural, a light-weight anodized aluminum chest piece and 22 in. vinyl Y-tubing. Choose from a variety of colors for departmental coding or individual preference. The SMS series is made with a thicker tubing to help eliminate ambient noise and use a softer ear tip for improved clinician comfort than the above single-head stethoscopes (SES03 series).
Dual-head stethoscopes feature a light-weight, anodized aluminum chest piece, a chrome-plated brass binaural and 22 in. vinyl Y-tubing. The dual-head chest piece features a bell that fits into small areas and detects faint, low-frequency sounds and a diaphragm which transmits higher frequency heart and lung sounds. The SMD series is made with a thicker tubing to help eliminate ambient noise and use a softer ear tip than the above dual-head stethoscopes.
Our Bowles stethoscope is black and features a chrome-plated brass binaural, chrome-plated raised metal stem chest piece and 22 in. vinyl Y-tubing.
The Sprague Rappaport stethoscope includes five interchangeable, chest piece fittings to provide versatility for use on infants, children and adults. There are three bell sizes (adult, medium, and infant) and two diaphragm sizes (small and large). They feature chrome-plated binaural and 22 in. twin tubing, which provides separate sound pathways for outstanding acoustical clarity. Three different sized ear tips are provided for comfort.
